   Please only provide information about other passengers when it is needed for their journey and you are entitled to share it with us.

   • The driver or transport provider assigned to your journey.
   • Our booking and dispatch system providers.

   Drivers receive the booking details they need to complete a journey. We do not sell customers’ personal information.
5. How long we keep information - We keep information only for as long as needed for the purpose collected. Booking and payment records may be kept to meet accounting, tax and legal requirements and to deal with disputes. Enquiries that do not become bookings are kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond and follow up. We then delete or anonymise information where appropriate.
